A soluble, dietary fibre extracted exclusively from chicory root.

The fibre in inulin is soluble, which means it dissolves in water. It dissolves in the stomach and then forms a gelatinous substance that can slow digestion and increase fullness.

Suggested Use: add 5g (1 scoop) to smoothies, shakes or cold beverages of your choice. Can also be sprinkled on food.

Inulin is approximately 89% fibre.

Inulin leakage

On opening the outer packaging this item had spilt everywhere. It was a sticky mess. When I opened it the seal under the lid was not stuck down. I buy quite afew products from you without a problem but this was disappointing.
