Refunds & Replacement
If you are looking to return or exchange your purchase for any reason we are here to help and our policies in line with New Zealand consumer law are outlined below:
1. Faulty products - If any product you have purchased from us is faulty (ie. expired, wrong products or flavour sent out etc.) we will happily cover the return shipping and replace this with a new product or provide a refund. Should you find your product to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
2. Non-faulty products - We do not provide exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases due to the consumable nature of our products. Refunds and replacements will only be administered should the products be faulty or incorrect.
